I read and loved the Benedict Society. You seem to choose meatier books than I do so perhaps you will be abel to finish John Adams by September – I’ve been puttering through it at a snail’s pace forever.

Great list! I’ve seen the Jeremiah Burroughs book on two different nightstands now and the Mysterious Benedict Society on several.

I’ve seen those “pseudonymous Bosch” books once before, I think, but I’m pretty sure that my almost-11 year old would love them. Gotta look into them this summer!

These are a bunch of new titles to me– I have to check out the Benedict Society books, since I’ve been seeing them on people’s shelves all over the place!
